"Shipping was as fast as I expected"
I’d heard their shipping was quick, so I already had a good feeling about it, and yep, it showed up even sooner than I expected. Definitely confirmed what I thought.

I’m happy with it overall. I’m mostly paying attention to how it shoots, and on that end it does a solid job. It does jam every now and then, which is annoying, but not often enough for me to totally write it off

Just a quick warning for anyone ordering here: double-check your bag before you leave. My order was mostly correct, but one item was wrong, which was frustrating. Not the worst experience, but definitely something to watch out for.

"Decent but not amazing quality"
I got this airgun from Replica Airguns and overall it looks good. It feels okay in hand too, but I noticed a couple small marks on the finish right out of the box, which was a little disappointing.
It has been shooting fine so far and I have not had any real problems with it. I just expected it to feel a bit more solid for the price. It is not terrible, but it is not something I would call amazing either.

"A bit slow, but they did come through"
I reached out to support and they did get back to me, just not as quickly as I was hoping. It was a little frustrating in the moment, but I guess it reminded me how much timing matters when you’re waiting on help. Overall, they answered my question, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just a slower one.

The delivery was fine overall and showed up on time, so I can’t really complain too much. The cost just felt a bit high when I got to checkout, though maybe I’m just being picky about delivery fees. Everything arrived fine, so it worked out.

"Refund showed up... eventually"
The return worked out in the end, so there’s that. My refund did come through, it just took a lot longer than I expected. Support replied, but they were brief, because apparently a few extra words are too luxurious. Not terrible, just slower and less helpful than I hoped.

"Helpful support, but I expected clearer instructions"
I was having trouble figuring out why my airgun was leaking CO2, so I reached out to replicaairguns.us tech support by email. I was kind of expecting clearer instructions right away, since I wasn’t sure if I was missing something obvious or if there was actually a problem with the gun.
They did get back to me with steps that were easy enough to follow, and the issue was fixed in the end. It took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but they were helpful and polite, and I appreciated that they didn’t make me feel silly for asking.

"The site said the gun was in stock..."
The site said the gun was in stock, and it really was in stock, which was a nice change. Checkout was simple and straightforward. The order status took a little bit to update, a little bit, but nothing that turned into a problem. Overall, I’d use them again.
